These terms explain the standard Tiny Titan Websites package. A written project agreement will confirm the final scope, timing and payment schedule before work begins.
One consolidated revision after reviewing the complete website.
Each later approved change, unless materially larger and separately quoted.
Fixes for reproducible defects in delivered work after launch.

What the package includes
The standard package covers a tailored informational website within the agreed structure, copy and visual direction, responsive implementation, one consolidated revision round, basic on-page search foundations, connection to one client-owned domain and suitable hosting account, launch checks, an upload-ready backup and 30 days of covered defect fixes.
Not included unless agreed in writing
Ecommerce, booking systems, memberships, databases, custom software, extensive additional pages, photography, paid assets, ongoing maintenance, third-party fees and work outside the agreed scope.
Revisions and later changes
The included revision is one complete, consolidated submission after reviewing the whole website. Later separately requested and approved changes are A$249 each. A materially larger request may receive a separate quote, which you do not have to accept. Correcting a covered defect is not a paid change.
Your responsibilities
You must supply and approve accurate facts, claims, services, prices and policies; confirm your rights to supplied materials; identify industry-specific requirements; review every page; and maintain your domain, hosting, email, billing, renewals, security and backups.
Content, tools and ownership
You retain ownership of materials you supply. After full payment, you receive the final project-specific website files. Reusable or pre-existing tools, code, fonts and third-party materials retain their existing rights and licences.
Concepts may use AI-assisted production. Generated material will not be represented as your real premises, staff, products or work unless that is factually accurate and approved.
Payment, approval and launch
Your project agreement or invoice will set the payment schedule and due dates. Production launch requires payment of the amount then due, suitable account access, final content and design approval, and written authority for the exact production domain. Your domain and hosting should remain in an account you control.
30-day defect fixes
For 30 calendar days after launch, Tiny Titan Websites will fix reproducible faults in delivered work, including broken internal links, approved content not displaying, current-browser layout defects, incorrect implementation of approved changes and deployment errors caused by Tiny Titan Websites.
New content, preference changes, third-party failures, malware, unauthorised edits, changes by others, search outcomes and ongoing maintenance are not covered.
Consumer rights and outcomes
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. No search ranking, indexing date, traffic, enquiry, revenue or other commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Project-specific arrangements in a signed agreement or accepted written proposal take priority where they differ from this general summary.
